Buying packs

What happens when I buy a pack here?

Your pack joins the queue for that game's stream. A host opens it live on air, calls your name and shows every card. Then the cards ship to you. You never receive the pack sealed.

What if I buy between streams?

Your order waits for the next stream of that game. Check the schedule on the home page for the next time we go live.

Are there limits?

Some packs have a limit per stream, shown on the product. It keeps the queue moving and gives more viewers a turn.

How do I know when it's my turn?

Watch the queue on the Watch page. Your display name moves up as packs are opened, and the host calls it out when yours is next.

Shipping, pickup and Locker

How do my cards get to me?

At checkout choose to ship them, pick them up at a Moonshot Games store, or send them to your Moonshot Locker.

What is Moonshot Locker?

Locker holds your cards and purchases for you. When your Locker reaches $250, it ships free. You can also ask to ship it early and pay shipping, or pick it up at a store. See and manage your Locker in your Moonshot account.

Something's wrong with my order

Email support@moonshotgamestore.com with your order number, the stream date and what happened (for example a missed pack or the wrong product opened). We'll make it right.

Battles, breaks and 1v1s

How does a battle work?

Each spot gets the same packs. We open them all on stream and the best pull wins the prize packs. You keep every card from your own packs.

What is an energy break?

We open a set number of Pokémon packs on stream. You buy an energy type, and every card of that type from the break is yours.

How do 1v1s work?

Pick 3 packs and a prize pack, pay your spot, and the challenge appears on the Battles page and on stream. When someone takes the other spot, you both open the same 3 packs live and the best pull takes the prize.

Who decides the best pull?

The host judges it on stream using the battle's posted rules.

KKDs (Karl's Krazy Deals)

What are KKD drops?

Three times a stream we drop deals: a Good drop, a Better drop and a Best drop, each with three single cards at KKD prices. They drop at random times, so stay tuned. Each card is one of a kind and goes to the first person who checks out.

Can I hold a KKD in my cart?

No. Adding a card to your cart doesn't reserve it. The first completed checkout wins.

Giveaways and sweepstakes

How do chat giveaways work?

When the host announces a giveaway, type the keyword in YouTube chat. The bot draws winners at random and posts them in chat.

How do I claim a giveaway prize?

If your YouTube is linked to your Moonshot account, your prize goes straight into your Locker, with nothing to claim. If it isn't linked, the bot posts a claim link for you in chat. Use it within 24 hours.

How do I link my YouTube?

Sign in, go to Account and choose Link YouTube. You'll get a short code. Type it in live chat during a stream and the bot links your channel.

How does the sweepstakes work?

During each live stream the host announces a code. Enter it on the site while that stream is live for one entry per stream. No purchase necessary. See the official rules for details.

Your account

Do I need a separate account?

No. You sign in with your Moonshot Games store account. It's the same login for orders, Locker, referrals and your YouTube link.

How do referrals work?

Share your personal link from your Moonshot account. Your friend gets $5 off their first order, and you get $5 in store credit when it ships.

Can I ask you to carry a product?

Yes. Use Pack requests to ask for a set or product, and upvote other viewers' requests. We use the list to decide what to stock for streams.
